Whole milk 1700gr
Pastorized egg yolk 200gr
Mascarpone 300gr
Caster sugar 300gr
Base 100 200gr
Marsala wine 300gr
Preparation

1. mix all the powdered ingredients together
02.
2. Mix all the liquid ingredients, add the mascarpone and blend until you get a smooth textures
03.
3. Blend in the powders to liquids using a hand mixer;
04.
4. Rest the base in the refrigerators for at least 10 minutes
05.
5. blend again the base with the hand mixer
06.
6. load the machine

Tips:

you can serve with ladyfingers soaked in coffee and with a dust of dark cocoa powder
