Prosecco brut 2997 gr
Sugar syrup 3750gr
Zucchero liquido 750gr
Optional: add a dash of lemon juice
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the SPM slush machine and wait until it reaches the typical consistency of a frozen cocktail.
03.
Serve in a glass, garnished with pieces of fresh peach or a mint leaf.
